Responsibility

  • we are currently seeking a Lettings Manager to join our fast-growing, award-winning group
  • the role will suit an experienced person having previously worked in lettings or property management
  • managing the lettings team
  • training other team members
  • property marketing
  • ongoing training in the management role will be provided, plus the successful applicant will be encourage to complete a Level 3 Award in Letting and Property Management, if they haven’t already done so
  • conducting viewings
  • setting up new tenancies

Requirements

  • able to generate new business in a target driven environment
  • outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate
  • A Full UK driving license
