- relevant City & Guilds, BTEC or NVQ Qualifications
- minimum 5 Years Commercial Vehicle Experience
- practical knowledge of modern diagnostic equipment/techniques
- current HGV License Cat. C
- practical knowledge of workshop loading and CDK experience desirable
Responsibility
- to report any issues which may arise of a disciplinary nature to the workshop controller
- to ensure that technicians are working at acceptable levels during shifts to achieve optimum use of available man-hours
- to ensure that the workshop is kept clean and tidy during shift working hours and to observe the relevant Health & Safety Regulations
- to ensure that repair orders are processed according to established guidelines
- organisation - Establishing and maintaining specific order in daily activities
- to ensure that a quality control procedure is carried out as per MBUK guidelines
