Requirements
- applied maths/physics/engineering background with a good understanding of standard signal processing techniques
- experience with Visual Studio, using MFC classes
- experience in USB and network communications in a Windows environment
- experience working with users to develop and refine a user interface
- experience using git based source control
- thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms and Multithreading
- understanding embedded programming principles in C
- understanding of Python

- bachelor's
Responsibility
- depending on the project and the candidate’s interests, some work may involve assisting firmware development
- A suitable candidate would need to be quick, resourceful, flexible, and a good collaborator
- the role will focus on our Windows desktop applications that interface to the electronics and allow inspectors to collect, analyse and report inspection data before uploading it to our cloud-based services
- we're looking for a bright C++ developer to enhance our software and electronics development team
- the role will involve improving existing products with new features as well as designing and developing new software products based on our customer’s evolving needs
- they would ideally be able to take responsibility for the full software development life-cycle from understanding the needs of the business and planning projects through to coding, deployment and maintenance of those solutions
