Requirements

- experience working in Short-let property management
- experience working in short-let property management
- previous Customer Service Experience
- experience working with hosting platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com
- previous customer service experience
- ability to multitask a varied workload and be reactive
- experience working with PMS and other channel managers
