- originally established in 2003, Simply Log Cabins and Garden Chic are part of the Gudrum group
- we sell made to order log cabins and gardening products through our 2 websites; www.simplylogcabins.co.uk and www.gardenchic.co.uk
- assist with aftersales and customer services duties via telephone and email
- identify prospective customers and upsell further products via telephone and email
- ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- keep up to date with product information and recommend the best product for the customer
- in line with our rapid growth, we are now looking for a driven and experienced Customer Service and Sales representative to join our team
- liaising with suppliers on delivery dates and after-sales information
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- proven ability to deliver consistent high level of customer service
