Requirements
- previous experience in a customer facing role
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written are essential
- must have a valid SIA Licence , a Valid First Aid Certificate & Current DBS Check
- excellent observation skills and attention to detail

- ability to be a Team player
- ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations and the ability to diffuse situations as and when required
