Working hours
- full-time | Part-time
Responsibility
- we are looking for an experienced female support worker to work 1 to 1 with a 16 year old transgender male
- we are an established home currently offering support to young people between the ages of 16-18
- required ASAP - Immediate start
- 12 hour shift pattern, must be available to work day and night shifts
- at Guardian Homes we are committed to the highest level of care and support to the Young people that reside with us
- we understand that having the right team in place is crucial to the success of the home and therefor ensure we are providing a safe, settled, homely environment for the young people and an environment with a good ethos, values and a positive friendly culture for the staff
- the Young people that we take on are from a mixture of backgrounds, with arrange of additional needs which can include Emotional/ behavioural difficulties, County Lines, LD, ASD and Mental Health Disorders, ECT
