Responsibility
- to provide support to production operations in all issues
- carry out shift to shift activities by prioritising productions needs as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor
- engage as a member of the multi-skilled Engineering team, working with the team to continuously improve the maintenance function
- diagnosis and resolution of equipment breakdown issues
- involvement in projects, plant improvement and equipment manufacture
- execute Planned Preventative Maintenance activities
- to provide site support for the building and facility maintenance and security
- effective shift handover
Requirements
- timed served apprentice
- minimum ONC, or equivalent qualification
- multi skilled, formal electrical qualification with demonstratable mechanical experience
- instrumentation systems
- 18th edition I.E.E regulations
- inverter drive control
- FLT/MEWP Training
- fault finding & diagnostics skills
