Responsibility
- receiving, processing and shipping of orders
- processing and making arrangements for European pallet shipping, ensuring that all documentation and invoicing details are present and correct
- maintaining admin spreadsheets
- accessing and utilising in house database systems
- regular communication with customers, advising on order status, shipping details and resolving any issues that may arise
- answering incoming calls and diverting/handling as appropriate
- assisting with label printing
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-2 years previous logistics administration experience preferred, although not essential
- A minimum of 1-2 years previous logistics administration experience preferred
- confidence in answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries effectively
- strong communication skills
- self-motivated with a can do attitude
