Responsibility
- it shall be the duty of every employee while at work
- support GSS’s occupational health. Any occupational health problems to be communicated to the SHEQ Manager who will then if deemed appropriate contact an occupational health nurse for further advice
- planning and sometimes delivering training - including inductions for new staff
- ensuring that a company procedure comply with employment regulations
- developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
- analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
- to take reasonable care for the health and safety of himself and of other persons who may be affected by his acts or omissions at work
- report any accidents, incidents, near misses or safety observations ASAP
