Responsibility

  • this role is based in our Head Office in Great Shelford, Cambridge
  • advertising roles across external platforms
  • add Applicants to, and manage, the Application portal
  • telephone candidates, schedule interviews for Managers and on occasions lead on interviews via TEAMS or other platform
  • checking right to work documentation
  • updating and gathering all relevant data to support the recruitment process
  • the HR and Recruitment Administrator will support the full employee journey, from the receipt of their application through to their company induction
  • issuing offers and contracts of employment
