Responsibility

  • support with reporting to clients on tax matters & preparing HMRC clearance applications
  • help promote the value of research and development activities
  • produce clear and technically accurate reports and computations for submission to HM Revenue & Customs and clients
  • prepare and report on EIS and SEIS advance assurance applications
  • ensure clients have the right company structure in place to obtain EIS approval from HMRC
  • support the Tax & Accountants team to develop strong relationships with clients, including understanding their business practices and specific tax information needs
  • support in preparation of tax valuations for employee share issues and EMI share options
  • assist and advise on the creation of tax strategies for clients
