Responsibility
- cultivate and maintain a variety of flowers and plants, ensuring optimal growth conditions
- utilize horticultural knowledge to implement effective planting and care techniques
- we also grow and supply cut flowers, garden plants and hanging baskets to our Farm Shop and to florists
- harvesting and conditioning of produce for sale
- we are looking for an experienced grower of British cut flowers to strengthen our team
- preparation of produce for display at point of sale
- at Growing@Field28, we grow a wide range of produce, including vegetables, salads, herbs, microgreens and edible flowers that we supply to some of the top restaurants in the country
- we are increasing the cut flower element of our business for the coming season and are looking for an assistant to our lead flower grower
