Responsibility
- the successful female applicant must be competent at leading a team on a day-to-day basis and achieve successful registered manager status
- the candidate will be able to display a person-centred approach and administrative skills
- part of your role will be working with other agencies and achieving positive ratings by CQC
- ensure adherence to all relevant legislation and regulation
- ensure effective communication links between members of the team, clients, and external agencies
- train, develop and motivate staff through example and attention to good working practice
- the post is open to female candidates only due to the nature of the regulated activity of providing personal care/support for living to two young females with learning disabilities
- as Registered Manager be responsible for all operations as per CQC standards including rota cover, first point of contact, on-call and cover where needed
Requirements
- successful registration with CQC as Registered Manager
- management/Leadership experience
- commitment to providing the highest care standards
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- NVQ Level 4/HSC Level 5 or equivalent qualification / experience
- full clean driving licence
- flexible approach to working hours
