Responsibility

  • maintain and update records of all company vehicles, including registrations, insurance, maintenance, and servicing schedules
  • coordinate routine maintenance and servicing of vehicles, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • assist with the procurement of new vehicles and disposal of old ones
  • monitor vehicle usage, mileage, and fuel consumption to ensure efficient operation and cost management
  • manage vehicle insurance policies, renewals, and claims processes
  • ensure all vehicle documentation is up-to-date and complies with legal requirements
  • assist in the preparation of reports on fleet performance, costs, and compliance
  • handle inquiries and issues related to the fleet from employees and management

Requirements

  • proven experience in fleet administration or a similar administrative role
  • strong organisational and administrative skills
  • excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • proficiency in using computer systems and software for fleet management
  • knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet management practices is advantageous
  • valid UK driving licence
