Responsibility
understand the strategic goals of the business and help ensure team-level priorities align with the overall strategy
coordinate and partner with diverse internal stakeholder groups including securing early engagement to achieve effective support
identify risks, opportunities, and process weaknesses, suggesting and owning improvement actions
help the teams improve their open communication and enable knowledge sharing within and across teams
lead projects and manage cross-team initiatives, ensuring stakeholders are aligned, supported, and held accountable, collaborating very closely with the Development Lead and Product Owner
plan and help execute delivery including managing resource allocations to support MI and budget tracking; report as needed, providing visibility and managing expectations around work progress, risks and dependencies
promote good Agile practices, helping teams reflect, adapt, and learn; ensure teams achieve desired value from team ceremonies and events, facilitating or leading where required
Requirements
previous proven project leadership experience
experience working with matrixed / shared teams
promote strong collaboration between teams, sharing best practice and helping clear potential blockers
experience working with MS Office and Atlassian tools
challenge the way teams operate to help improve team practices and team growth
experience in a Scrum Master role
present information in a concise and effective manner, ensuring messages are received, understood and all parties are aligned
certified Scrum Master and / or a recognised project governance certification
