  • signature Build Group Ltd are looking for a highly motivated Construction Administrator to join our team
  • the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the construction team, from site set-up through to project completion
  • this role will involve a variety of tasks as outlined below
  • site set-up
  • general site support
  • monitoring monthly health and safety audit reports and creating and sending out an action plan
  • organising regular reviews of health and safety policy
  • organising annual site manager meetings

Requirements

  • very good organisational skills
  • knowledge and experience of office procedures
  • analytical and problem-solving skills
  • ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • effective verbal and listening communication skills to help organising, planning and maintaining the workload
  • excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines
  • administrative experience: 3 years
  • construction: 2 years
