Responsibility
- to assist in the preparation and maintenance of statistical information including key performance indicators and achievement against them
- to compile and submit all the evidence necessary to facilitate project expenditure, including assisting in compiling financial claims, purchase orders and invoices within the agreed timeframes
- to assist in providing a quality and efficient customer service to members of staff and visitors to the organisation, including answering the telephone in an efficient manner, taking new referrals, concise messages and providing information or booking appointments as necessary
- to assist in the collation and entry of customer data on to the system and ensure data feeding into financial and non-financial reporting is kept up to date and accurate
- to carry out agreed and timely audit activities to support the compliant delivery of our contracts, identifying auditable elements of the contracts and support the development of audit processes alongside the Management Team
- to provide administrative and customer service support to the team as requested by the line manager and be flexible in travelling to other sites to carry out specific duties as described above
- to ensure adherence with all corporate Policies and Procedures in place, in particular Health and Safety Policy and Equal Opportunities and Diversity Policy, that may change from time to time
