GROSVENOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT is looking for employees for positions:

sales ledger clerk

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • production of sales invoices on a regular basis and email out promptly to customers
  • post bank receipts to the ledgers in a timely and accurate manner and allocate payments against invoices correctly
  • ensuring sales ledger is fully reconciled on a monthly basis
  • sending monthly statements of account to customers
  • handling incoming cash and cheques
  • raising recharges and other ad hoc sales invoices
  • chasing up outstanding debts
  • undertake any routine day to day tasks that are required by the Finance function

Requirements

  • this role requires a methodical and analytical approach, with emphasis on organisation and accuracy
  • an ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently is key to deliver objectives and meet deadlines
  • the post holder must be self-motivated, able to work with limited supervision and have excellent communication skills
  • the focus of the post holder is to deliver excellent customer service and to strive for continuous improvement
  • the role will involve working closely with the finance department as well as site staff to provide timely, effective management and processing of sales invoices, liaising with internal teams and external customers as required
