you will be responsible for conducting telesales activities and implementing marketing campaigns to generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and drive business growth
lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospective clients through targeted outbound calls, social media and research
relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their specific needs
marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute telemarketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy
achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth objectives
product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Grosvenor's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions
Requirements
proven experience in telesales, preferably in the fleet or automotive industry
excellent written, oral communication and people skills
good knowledge of Microsoft products
initiative-taking and results oriented
familiarity with CRM systems and sales software
ability to work independently and as part of a team
adept at time management and multitasking
knowledge of prospecting via LinkedIn
