Requirements

  • strong customer service skills to build rapport with pet owners and address their concerns effectively
  • ability to perform heavy lifting when handling larger breeds or multiple pets
  • excellent attention to detail to ensure high standards of grooming are met consistently
  • A compassionate approach towards animals, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • experience level 2 or level 3 or 1 years salon experience is highly desirable. Must be able to groom from start to finish of dog
  • salon: 1 year

Responsibility

  • maintain cleanliness and organisation of the grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitised
  • assess the condition of pets’ coats and skin, identifying any issues that may require veterinary attention
