Responsibility

  • manage all post-sale contract project co-ordination
  • co-ordinate the project resources and book site visits for engineers
  • organise the support services needed to ensure successful installations, decommissions, and site moves
  • control all sales administration such as order processing, raising quotes and tracking and purchasing parts
  • prepare reports and project analysis for clients
  • provide first-class pre and post-delivery customer support
  • produce risk and method statements for projects
  • act as the first point of contact for any issues, then deal with them
