Responsibility
- to build and maintain strong partnership working with parents to enable children’s needs to be met
- to work with parents, carers and other professionals
- safeguarding children, ensuring excellent high quality childcare and planned activities appropriate to the age and development of the children
- to work as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, develop and learn
- to carry out any projects or duties as requested by your Manager
- ensure planning, next steps and evaluations are age appropriate and regularly completed. To ensure all new children have a recorded starting point and have they are tracked regularly throughout the year
- to complete any other duties which may arise and are relevant to job and position
- to plan and carry out activities in line with the EYFS
