Responsibility

  • organisation of garments to be prepared for the embroidery process
  • monitoring the embroidery process on your machines
  • operation of the embroidery machines by applying logos and wording to the garments
  • quality control of all aspects of application
  • finishing and packing of embroidered items
  • preparing the embroidery machines for operation and taking responsibility for the day to day running of the embroidery machine area, including organising jobs to ensure deadlines are met
  • daily cleaning and maintenance of the embroidery machine, reporting any issues
  • inventory checks

Requirements

  • be experienced and confident using Tajima multi-head machines and Wilcom software
  • good attention to detail and high levels of concentration
  • be able to stand for long periods of time whilst operating machinery
  • accurately position and embroider logos in a variety of positions on a varying range of garments in line with spec sheets
  • organised in the workplace, keeping machines and workstations clean and tidy
  • be practical and methodical
  • experience of on our specific machine isn't essential however a good understanding of the embroidery process & embroidery machine experience is essential
  • be reliable and responsible
