Responsibility
- managing all trades, labourers', and sub-contractors on various projects
- cost control of projects, minimising costs, and maximising production
- liaising with Clients on a regular basis, attending meetings
- adopt a good working relationship with Greystone Approved Sub-contractors
- ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements; confirming the continued training & development is ongoing as required
- inspect quality of work
- making sure that Clients receive all relevant H&S documentation for all projects
Requirements
- experience of working as a Contracts Manager / Supervisor in the last 3 years or equivalent
- be able to demonstrate a proven track record in completing projects to tight time scales and deadlines
- relevant CSCS Card
- have a high level of Health & Safety Awareness that cascades down to all
- SMSTS Certificate
- ability to work on own initiative, with excellent attention to detail
- full UK Driving Licence
- be used to operating in a disciplined, professional way using the company's various Management Systems
