  • keep up to date with product developments and communicate this to the customer when required
  • accurately input customer orders ensuring all codes, prices, and descriptions are correct. All special products must have the relevant code and be shown on the customer’s order
  • ensure discrepancies are highlighted to the customer and obtain written confirmation of the alteration before correcting the order on the system
  • produce customer quotations as and when required
