  • previous experience in catering is preferable but not essential
  • we provide residential and non-residential experiences for clients of all ages but mainly years 5 & 6 primary school children

  • we are an all year-round operation with a variable work pattern which often means being off in the school holidays and at weekends
  • A typical week will involves ensuring the kitchen ready for the arrival of new groups usually on Mondays and some Fridays and the preparation and serving of lunches and evening meals
