Totally mugged off waited for a sample that never appeared and told my fault as I weren’ in

That sounds like a really frustrating experience, especially when you're waiting for something important. It's even more disappointing when there's a lack of communication or accountability from the other side. Did you manage to get in touch with them again to resolve the issue?

I honestly have tried but feel now I’m in twilight zone
all text show your promises along with dates but I’m left with carpet I didn’t ask for but was happy to accept as I weren’t getting jack
I totally understood there were problems but 6 weeks later I’ve got a carpet left with no edging bar because they were coming back!!
