Responsibility

  • payroll
  • condensing nursery timesheets and preparing payroll spreadsheets
  • responding to employee queries with regards to pay
  • assisting nursery managers with preparation of induction paperwork and recording of employee absence on HR systems
  • completing paperwork for new starters and leavers, ensuring files are accurate and up to date on the system and employees set up on HR system
  • other tasks as required

Requirements

  • administrative: 1 year
