Responsibility

  • oversee and lead a team of electricians in completing electrical projects
  • install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
  • read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams
  • troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions
  • ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations
  • train and mentor junior electricians
  • coordinate with other trades and contractors on job sites
  • maintain a safe work environment

Requirements

  • proven experience as an electrician, with experience in the field
  • 18th Edition qualification
  • inspection & Testing
  • proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for electrical work
  • knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety procedures
  • ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics
  • ideally, we're looking for an individual with extensive experience within Solar PV and Battery Storage, having been an installer themselves
  • strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues
