  • greens Lettings is looking for an amazing lettings negotiator to join our knowledgeable, high-achieving, experienced and fun team
  • the role is based in our office in Woolwich, SE18 and we cover South East London from that location
  • one of the benefits is that the company is mostly internet-based and you can work remotely
  • conduct viewings with potential tenants
  • we do require the successful applicant to be able to work Saturdays and to have a driving license
  • liaise with landlords & tenants
  • property valuations
  • organise repairs

Requirements

  • proven working experience in property-related roles a plus, but not a requirement
