  • maintaining the Company’s purchase ledger
  • posting and matching high volume of purchase invoices
  • agreement of purchase invoices to delivery dockets
  • investigating any queries with suppliers and internal management
  • preparing BACS payments for authorisation
  • ensuring all documents are processed on time
  • filing of all documentation
  • assisting with closedown of Purchase ledger at month end
