Responsibility
- we are seeking an Estimator to join Greenmount Projects with expertise in interior commercial fit out projects
- the ideal candidate will be able to produce accurate cost plans and prices for a variety of commercial fit-out/ construction projects
- analyse project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and materials needed
- produce detailed cost plans and pricing for projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- undertake pre-estimate site surveys and measures to provide accurate bill of quantities
- work collaboratively with quantity surveyors, project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- continuously update and refine cost estimation processes and tools to improve accuracy and efficiency
- due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Estimator to join the team at our office in Wigan, Ashton-in-Makerfield
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- minimum of 5 years of experience as an estimator in the fit out/ construction industry
- strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and pricing
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- strong IT skills/ software operation
- fit-out estimating: 5 years
