Responsibility

  • utilise MIG and TIG welding techniques to weld various materials, such as aluminium and steel
  • form sections and panels through the use of press brakes
  • assist in the final assembly of new bodies to vehicle chassis
  • perform repairs on existing vehicle bodies and structures
  • assist in the fitting of repaired vehicle components, including tipping gears and hydraulic equipment
  • ensure that all work is completed in line with Health and Safety legislation

Requirements
