Requirements
- full and relevant Childcare Qualification Level 3 or above
- experience working within a Childcare Setting and with Toddlers & Pre-schooler’s
- experience of working in a management role, mentoring and leading Staff
- excellent knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage and Ofsted statutory guidance
- excellent knowledge of child protection and safeguarding
- oversee the day-to-day organisation and progress of the Nursery
- evaluating the performance in the setting and making improvements on a continuous basis
- ability to deliver a high standard of childcare
Responsibility

- making decisions with incomplete information
- communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, stakeholders., and the general public
- strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
