Responsibility
we are currently hiring for an Executive Assistant who can also provide office management and business support across the company
you need to be a proactive self-starter with a sense of fun, who can work with minimal supervision
develop, maintain and review administrative processes and office systems to achieve maximum efficiency
act as the liaison point with Contractors, IT support and various other suppliers
to work 2-3 days per week from our London office, someone who is willing to turn their hand to anything to ensure the smooth running of our office, in addition to supporting approximately 70 UK based staff
PA support including diary and inbox management for 2 Managing Directors, preparing meeting agendas, performing research for meetings etc
ad hoc tasks and projects as required under the role of office manager, which are wide and varied, e.g. office move, refurbishment, sourcing furniture, equipment etc
