Responsibility
- we currently have a position for a Pharmacist Manager in our Greencastle Pharmacy branch
- this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established pharmacy group, working with an experienced team in a local community pharmacy
- you will ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Pharmacy to maximise dispensing, NHS & private services, OTC sales
- you will ensure that all staff working within the Pharmacy comply with statutory and/or professional obligations
- customer care will be at the forefront of your concern
- the successful candidate will be required to provide high levels of customer service and have the ability to work within and lead a team
- using your expert knowledge, you will assist our patients by recommending and promoting our range of health services including assisting with delivery of Pharmacy First, smoking cessation & vaccination clinics

Requirements
- applicants must be a qualified Pharmacist registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland
- previous demonstrable knowledge of the community pharmacy environment
- previous active involvement in Pharmacy services initiatives such as Smoking Cessation, Minor Ailments, and Vaccination Program
- previous experience delivering excellent customer service
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with patients and colleagues
- ability to work accurately with attention to detail
- flexible, enthusiastic, reliable and responsive to change
