Requirements

  • must be naturally organised with excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
  • experience of some bookkeeping admin using a programme like Xero is an advantage but not essential - training will be given
  • must enjoy being in a busy work environment with lots of moving parts, and love spreadsheets

Responsibility

  • stock management tasks including stock adjustments and placing and receiving POs
  • keeping our website up to date with delivery and stock information
  • adding new products to our stock system and website
  • setting up new customers on our system
  • dealing with sales and order related accounts tasks in Xero
  • dealing with customer service emails from wholesale customers and two retail sites
  • other general office tasks such as stationery ordering and answering phone
