  • managing daily the workload and performance of the London office together with the Office Manager
  • ensuring a smooth management of the office life
  • managing all travel bookings for our giraffes
  • ensuring a smooth and warm welcome of clients, candidates, business partners and colleagues from other offices during their visits onsite
  • maintaining the office in good working conditions for everyone’s wellbeing
  • contributing to any office management administrative tasks required and supporting the Office Manager in her role
  • organising wellbeing items and business cards for the new giraffes
