Responsibility
- extra hours will be paid at an agreed additional hourly rate
- we are seeking an experienced cleaning contract manager to take responsibility for the running of a contract at a large prestigious school with multiple boarding houses in Dorking and the surrounding villages
- the advertised salary is based on being contracted to 40 hours per week Monday to Friday working 6am-2pm Monday to Friday , however will be required to work longer to ensure the smooth running of the contract in the event of staff sickness or absence
- management of performance issues
- audits and checks of all areas to ensure the delivery of high standards
Requirements
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively

- proficient in using computer software for data analysis and reporting
