Responsibility
- carry out other ad hoc HR or employment related duties as required
- maintain confidential employee personnel files and electronic records and carry out any other ad-hoc filing as required
- keep up to date with developments with our internal systems including CRM’s, Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Teams

- take minutes during Board meetings and other meetings when required
- external company Accountants
- issue HR policies to all employees as and when changes occur
- liaise with our external IT support providers on any operating system or technical matters
- respond to and manage hardware requests from employees

- using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office products experience essential
