  • due to the continued growth of the business, we are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join our Residential Lettings team. The team currently consists of 12 people looking after over 1200 residential properties in the SY1, 2 & 3 postcodes
  • the role is full time and training is provided
  • the role is varied and involves both time spent in the office talking to prospective tenants face to face and over the phone and also time spent conducting viewings
  • the right candidate will have a customer service focussed mindset and will have an organised approach, a positive attitude and an ability to build and maintain rapport with a wide range of different personality types
