- supporting Business Unit Directors
- delivering services & ensuring that building surveying deliverables meet requirements
- ensuring that all quantitative and financial info has been checked before issue
- take responsibility for the management of client and project teams to deliver building surveying instructions profitability and on time
- defect analysis and providing commercial advice to clients
- managing building surveying commissions, including surveys, dilapidation advice, party wall advice, and construction projects for new builds, renovations, and maintenance works – from feasibility through to design, contract administration to handover and post completion reviews
- deliver excellent project management services to a range of commercial clients, including industrial, retail and offices
- meet target KPIs effectively and take ownership of service delivery
