Responsibility
- to arrange viewings for customers on boats and travelling to other locations to carry out viewings and valuations
- to generate new customers and follow up existing customers on a daily basis whilst keeping up to date customer records
- to work with buyers and sellers from initial enquiry to handing over a boat
- to discuss contract terms and conditions with both buyers and sellers
- to advise customers on the practical and legal aspects of owning a boat
- to manage all the paperwork around boat purchases and sales including legal documentation
- to liaise with customers, face to face, via email and on the phone, to arrange for them to view boats that suit their requirements
- to keep the boat sales office clean, tidy and presentable at all times
