- ongoing awareness of culinary trends
- understanding of health and sanitation laws
- excellent knife-handling skills
- must be in UK with permission to work

Education
- high school degree or equivalent
- must have at least 6 years Experience
- experienced in making Tandoori Breads from scratch
- experienced in making Tandoori Grills, Curries and Popular Indian Dishes
- experience in high-volume kitchens
- food Hygiene & Safety certification Level 1 & 2
