Responsibility
- taking enquiries from customers, proposing and discussing solutions
- preparing and sending quotations, following up as required to secure the order
- processing orders, working with the internal production team to ensure deadlines are met
- place product orders with suppliers and ensure they are delivered on time
- liaise with the design studio to create visuals and manage artwork
- manage the proof sign off process for your customer’s order
- meet sales targets by maximising all enquiries and opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling
- establish and maintain a strong ‘trusted advisor’ relationship with clients, helping them to achieve their goals by providing solutions to their needs
