Responsibility
- attend site to carry out repair work on products covered by the manufacturer’s warranty
- when required carry out site survey and commissioning of Grant Engineering products
- promote Customer Satisfaction throughout the department/Company ensuring that all our customers receive a valued service
- advise customers, installers, and commissioning engineers on product installation
- dealing with Technical issues, administration and correspondence on a day to day basis
- assist in the management of your diary including providing up to date local / logistical information for your area
- bringing matters of disrepute to FSM
- carrying out a substantial amount of driving on a daily basis with overnight stays when required
