Working hours

  • full-time | Contract

Responsibility

  • provide administrative support to the sales team
  • maintain and update customer databases
  • process sales orders and ensure timely delivery
  • coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints
  • issuing order confirmations and proforma invoices
  • assist with annual stock take
  • providing holiday cover for team members

Requirements

  • proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role
  • excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
