- to be adaptable, as each packing job will require a different process, and will require focus and attention
- to work as part of a Production team, helping each other and supporting each other
- to follow Company Policy and Procedures
- to report to team leaders
- to maintain high Quality throughout packing, and to highlight any quality defects or issues you may come across to your Team Leader
