Requirements
comprehensive understandings of QA processes, testing terminology and games development methodology, particularly Agile practices and concepts
experience working in games-as-a-service projects
work closely with feature authors to identify bugs and risks early, focusing on bug prevention instead of retrospective detection
experience testing in an embedded environment in a cross-functional development team
use grey-box test techniques to run technical tests by utilising network tools, platform tools, internal server tools and Unity tools
grasp of technical challenges for mobile games QA e.g
identify opportunities for tooling and debug at the right time during development to enable testing of ‘under the hood’ features
apply test techniques like equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis and combinatorial matrices to make test plans efficient and effective
